Our Email Strategy Session is formed of three elements – a Strategy Call, Planning Document and an Email Schedule. The process starts with the Strategy Call where we will learn more about your business, products and your audience. After this, we’ll take the recommendations that we’ve made and put these into a Planning Document, plus an Email Schedule.
Strategy Call
We will have a virtual meeting with you to discuss your business, the products or services that you offer and the audience that you serve. We’ll talk about any email marketing that you have carried out previously, as well as look for key areas that would bring growth advantages to your business in the future.
Planning Document
After the Strategy Call, we’ll use the notes that we’ve created to put together a Planning Document. This document details the plan for your new email marketing strategy and the recommendations for what you should have in place to grow your business. The Planning Document will be in PDF format.
Email Schedule
The Email Schedule is a document that shows how the recommended strategies will work in your business. You’ll be able to see from a top-down view, how the emails will fit together. We’ll include schedule recommendations to show you how often emails should be sent out to your audience.
